Where are your products made?
Our textiles are handmade by skilled artisans in Ecuador and Peru. We have Wholesdale items from Colombia, Eswatini and India.
What material do you use in your textiles?
What material do you use in your textiles?
We use ethically sourced and made alpaca, cotton, recycled fabrics, and sustainable materials. Some of our throws use poly blends for color. Our textiles are soft, luxurious, and crafted with care for both people and the planet.
Do your products come with artisan stories?

Yes! Every item includes a story about the artisan or community who made it. We believe knowing the hands and heritage behind each piece brings deeper meaning to your space.
Are your items machine washable?

Many of our textiels are machine washable, but they cannot be put in the spin cycle. Delicates cycle only. You may block dry the textile. We also recommend dry cleaning with gentle solvents. Care instructions are included with each product.

We ship all orders from our U.S. fulfillment center. Some made-to-order or limited-edition items may ship directly from our artisan partners.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Yes. We currently offer FedEx International to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Shipping costs automatically populate at checkout based on order weight, volume, and address. However, these costs do not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on the final shipping destination. We are not able to quote customs and/or duty fees as they vary by country. Fees are calculated based on the value of the order and are collected prior to delivery based on local regulations. Reminder: international orders are final. Any order that ships over an ocean or border (Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses) is considered international and is final sale.

While delays are rare, we’ll always keep you informed. If your tracking shows an issue or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it promptly.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Customized, made-to-order, and limited-edition items are final sale.

Unfortunately, all sale and limited edition pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to their exclusive nature and limited inventory.
