At Purple Nest Design, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. Simply email us at Hello@PurpleNestDesign.com, and our team will guide you through the process.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are new, unused, and undamaged.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
- Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus the restocking fee) or as store credit. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
- International orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damages & Issues
We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at Hello@PurpleNestDesign.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
