At Purple Nest Design, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
- All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (business days only).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
- Please note: we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Timeframes
- Premium Shipping: 3–5 business days (our fastest option at this time)
- Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur shipping costs based on weight, volume, and destination.

Artisan-Made Products
Because our textiles are handmade by artisan weavers, some items may still be in production at the time of your order. If this applies, it will be clearly noted on the product page and confirmed in your order email. These pieces will ship as soon as they are completed and ready.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. (This email is separate from your order confirmation email.)
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide!
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, volume, and destination.
- Please note: shipping costs do not include customs duties or import taxes. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and collected before delivery.
- All international orders, including Alaska and Hawaii, are final sale.
