Terms & Conditions
Purple Nest Design’s intention is to develop long-term relationships with our business partners. We welcome the opportunity to discuss these terms and conditions with you.
Wholesale Minimums & Discounts
Our wholesale minimum order is $500. In larger volume orders over $5,000, we will work with each business individually on volume pricing.
Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Internationally. Buyer will pay 5% of the total cost of the order to cover shipping costs.
Lead Time on Orders
We have in-stock items, but we also may have to order directly from our artisan partners. If we need to order from our artisan partners, the shipping times vary. We ship within 12-20 weeks from order placement, but it depends on the artisan. It may take longer for custom or larger orders.
Custom Designs
Custom designs and colors are available. There is a sampling fee of $150 plus shipping rates.
Artisan Designs
Our designs are handloomed and hand-finished by artisan weavers. Therefore, there may be some variance between items. Dye stocks can also differ, and there may be color variances.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are 100% upon purchase if items are in-stock. Shipping is charged to the buyer when items are ready to ship.
Payment terms are 50% upon purchase if items are out of stock or need to be made by our artisan partners. We will require 100% of the full payment when items are ready for importation and ready to be shipped.
Payment Method
Credit card payments include a 2% transaction fee (if assessed). Wire transfers include a $25 fee.
Prices
Any official Purple Nest Design Quotation is good from 30 days of the date on the quote. On our website we reserve the right to adjust our prices as needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days. The items must be in brand new condition, free of any usage or damages.
